Portrait of Adam Weiss

Adam Weiss

Adam Weiss is a Ventures Associate in KPMG’s Ventures Studio, where the team identifies early-stage AI opportunities, builds rapid prototypes, and partners with startups to determine which ideas should be built inside the firm or launched as standalone companies.

Since 2025, Adam has contributed to large-scale research with the University of Texas on how professionals use AI at work. The research has been published twice in Harvard Business Review: “What the Best AI Users Do Differently” (March 2026) and “Why Some Junior Employees Work Well with AI—and Others Don’t” (July 2026), a field study of 523 early-career professionals.

In KPMG’s consulting practice, Adam worked on large-scale finance and cloud transformations, including a OneStream finance system implementation to accelerate the monthly close for a gas and utilities client and the adoption of an AI-driven receivables platform at a global paint company. In 2023, Adam worked in the United States Senate in the office of Senator Rand Paul.

Adam graduated from the University of Maryland a semester early, after a year living in Jerusalem studying Jewish studies. Adam lives in New York.
