I work in KPMG's ventures studio.

Most of the job is taking early ideas and figuring out if they are real.

That usually means:

• finding AI ideas worth testing
• turning rough concepts into something a team can build
• building fast prototypes
• talking with startups, users, and design partners
• helping decide whether something should stay inside the firm or grow into a bigger company

What I care about most is shortening the gap between an idea and real feedback. If something seems promising, I want to know quickly whether it holds up with users, experts, or a working prototype.

In practice, I do a mix of product, research, and hands-on building. A lot of that work runs through tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
