Right now I work in KPMG's ventures studio.
The short version is that I help take early ideas and force them into reality. Sometimes that means turning them into products that stay inside the firm. Sometimes it means shaping them more like something that could eventually live outside it.
A lot of the work sits in the messy middle:
- figuring out what is actually worth building
- pressure-testing ideas early
- working with startups and design partners
- moving from research into prototype
- getting something real in front of people quickly
I like this kind of work because it is close to the moment where an idea either starts becoming real or falls apart.
It also fits how I naturally work: close to product, close to tools, close to language, and close to the point where vague ambition has to turn into an actual thing.
